Delivery of your order may take longer than usual due to Covid-19

All orders placed on thecatmint.com abide by the below shipping commandments.

  • If you are located outside India and would like to know how to get The Catmint, shoot us an email at support@thecatmint.com and we’ll figure it out!
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 3-5 day transit time in most cases.
  • We ship through multiple logistics partners. Currently, we are partnered with: Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express & DTDC.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us an email at support@thecatmint.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren’t sure, we encourage you to call us before placing your order.


If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 3 days of placing the order or before delivery – whichever is earlier!  


We hope you love our products as much as we do and never need this page! But, if you’re dissatisfied for any reason, our return policy is pretty no muss-no fuss.

What are the conditions?
a. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
b. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners.
c. This return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise.
d. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent / mala fide and the decision of The Catmint in this regard will be final.
e. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from thecatmint.com.

What should I do if I want to return a product?
In the rare instance that you are unhappy with a product, simply drop us an email at support@thecatmint.com with your name, telephone number and a convenient time to call. One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue better and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us.

How do I send the product back to you?
You do not need to worry. We will provide you easy instructions for safe packing and shipping.

How and when will you refund the amount?
We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility. The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on thecatmint.com. Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
